1. Fruit packaging machine turn on the power: turn on the power selector switch as needed, that is, the power indicator light. Ground vacuum packaging machine to prevent leakage. Check the vacuum pump oil level before starting. Power selector switch points to vacuum, points to vacuum seal, points to vacuum charge, points to vacuum charge seal.
2. Adjust the vacuum level and put the plastic bag with items into the vacuum chamber. The bag opening should be neatly placed on the heat seal (at least one nozzle should be inserted in the bag opening when inflating the package). Adjust the heat button.
3. Press the valve cover, the suction (vacuum) indicator light will be on, the vacuum pump will start to suction, and the valve cover will be sucked out automatically. The vacuum knob can adjust the vacuum degree according to the packaging requirements. Adjust the visual ratio from low to high. The amplitude should be small.
4. When the pumping time reaches the set time (i.e., the required vacuum level), the pumping ends, the pumping light goes out, and the charging indicator light is on, indicating the start of charging. The charging knob can adjust the length of charging time (i.e. charging) in the same way as above. If there is no need to inflate, turn the power switch to the vacuum position, the program automatically enters the vacuum pack, and the filling indicator light goes out.
5、When pumping or inflating is completed, the indicator light goes out and the heat sealing indicator light comes on, i.e. entering the sealing process. The panel is equipped with heat sealing time and temperature adjustment knob to adapt to different thickness of materials. The dynamic range is small to prevent the heat sealing temperature from suddenly rising and burning the heat sealing accessories.
6、When the set heat sealing time is reached, the heat sealing indicator light goes out, that is the end of packaging.
